A Commonwealth and British Judo Champion you can see just how good Caswell actually is in the video below, where he makes short work of 2012 Team GB Olympian Ashley McKenzie defeating his opponent by ippon* in just under 20 second.

*Literally "one full point", it is the highest score a fighter can achieve in a Japanese martial arts ippon-wazari contest, usually Kendo, judo, karate or jujutsu.
